If the products are not in this condition, we can cancel the change and you will still have to be charged the cost associated to the return.

Plakton wool felt clogs are a comfortable and durable shoe that requires proper care to maintain their quality and extend their lifespan. Here are some tips for caring for your wool felt clogs:

Stain removal, use a soft brush or damp cloth to remove stains. Avoid hot water, as it can damage the felt and cause it to shrink.

Do not machine wash or dry. If your clogs get wet, let them air dry at room temperature. Do not expose them to direct sunlight or put them in the dryer, as this may deform the felt.
